Legacy sweets

The actual problem.
A familiar business needed a contemporary expression that retained the warmth and recognition built over generations.
Treat memory as material, not decoration.
The physical memory of entering the store became more useful than generic “heritage” cues.
Longevity was allowed to feel factual and confident, not like a badge begging for authority.
Packaging carries the recognisable warmth forward while becoming clearer and more contemporary.
Three generations become context. The customer experience stays the hero.
The experience of entering the shop became the starting point. The number 67, the story of three generations and the packaging hierarchy work together as cues of continuity.
A new box with old muscle memory.
The system is designed to feel immediately familiar at hand-distance, while tightening hierarchy, typography and shelf presence.
From shop memory to the box
The design decisions concentrate on what customers encounter at hand-distance: the hierarchy, the typography and the warmth of the packaging.
A clearer expression of an established character
The resulting direction preserves the recognisable feeling of the business while giving its packaging a more coherent contemporary expression.
